Our Korean Fried Chicken is brined for 48 hours, par smoked, chilled overnight, fried and tossed with a garlic and ginger soy vinegar sauce. It is served either as a ½ or whole chicken along tasty sides and is served family style.
Our fresh local Tofu is treated in the same manner as the chicken. The Eggplant is tossed with a ginger, garlic sweet and sour soy marinade.
